WHAT IS THIS CAMPAIGN

Operation NIGHTGUARD is HPX Solutions’ dedicated nightlife medical response initiative, designed to enhance safety across clubs, bars, and late-night venues. Operating through the night, our specialist paramedic teams provide on-site emergency care, reducing unnecessary 999 callouts and easing pressure on NHS services. Each deployment is equipped with advanced medical kits, rapid response vehicles, and welfare-trained staff to manage incidents discreetly and professionally. NIGHTGUARD represents our commitment to community safety protecting both the public and venue staff while ensuring nightlife remains safe, enjoyable, and responsibly supported by qualified frontline clinicians.

HOW IS IT DELIVERED?

Each participating venue within Operation NIGHTGUARD will have its own designated Paramedic, responsible for overseeing all medical operations within that site. This lead clinician will act as the venue’s primary point of contact, ensuring high clinical standards and continuity of care. Supporting them will be a rotating team of onsite clinicians including Paramedics, Technicians, and Welfare Officers, who will work across scheduled shifts to maintain consistent coverage. Beyond frontline care, HPX Solutions will provide ongoing clinical oversight, auditing, and venue safety advisory, helping management teams strengthen their medical readiness, improve incident response, and create a safer environment for both patrons and staff.

WHERE DOES THE CAMPAIGN COVER

Operation NIGHTGUARD will primarily be based across Birmingham, focusing on the city’s nightlife districts and high-footfall venues. This includes areas such as Digbeth, Broad Street, the Jewellery Quarter, and the city centre, locations where proactive medical coverage can make a measurable difference in public safety and venue resilience.

While the campaign’s core operations are rooted in Birmingham, select venues outside the city limits may also be included, provided they fall within close proximity and maintain strong operational or logistical ties to the city’s nightlife network. This ensures consistent clinical oversight, rapid response capability, and a unified standard of care across all partnered venues.
